A Pinteresting Challenge

I suppose it’s no secret around here; I’m obsessed with Pinterest. I have a huge crush on it and hope to marry it someday. Yet, when Trish at Love, Laughter, and a Touch of Insanity started a Pinterest challenge, I was leery. Why, I don’t know. I’m silly I guess. However, I have currently completed 2 pins in the past 24 hours, which made me think, HEY. I CAN DO THIS. So, here I am. I’m doing this.

I’m going for Pin Obsessed, which is 8+ pins and I will be updating this post (I’ll link in the side bar) as I complete them. Woot! Let’s have some pining fun!

1. PF Chang’s Lettuce Wraps

2. Growing celery // This method also works on Brussels Sprouts and Bok Choy. YUM.

3. Shrimp. Yummy, yummy shrimp. // Seriously yummy. AND SO EASY!

I think I need to officially sign up for this challenge! I've been hemming and hawing about it, but I really just need to do it because every time I see a sign up post, I get jealous. Well, that's silly, because it would be quite easy for me to join in. :) Happy pinning!

  4. What a cool challenge! If I did it I would actually be done with 6! I try to cook one pinterest pin I have pinned every two weeks. It is so awesome. Can't wait to see what else you do!

  5. I started using Pinterest recently (Children's Book World). I use it as a gathering point for children's book review blogs (http://pinterest.com/engine44/) and yours is one I added. Thanks.

  6. YAY!!!!!!!!! See–much easier than you thought. AND you've signed up for the Pin Obsessed level?

  7. YAY!!! I'm so excited that you've signed up too!!! Even though you will, without question, put me to shame. :P

I joined this challenge too! I also posted a list of some of the pins I've already tried in my sign up post. I did the celery pin too and currently have 3 celery stalks/plants(?) growing.
