Yeah, I’m still debating names. I just had to share though. I got a nook for my anniversary! It’s charging now and I can’t wait to load her up with something good. What should my first book be? I’m leaning towards STORIES edited by Neil Gaiman and Al Sarrantonio!
Oh she’s so beautiful. I’m so delighted she is here. Yes, I believe her name is Eva. My grandmother’s name was Eva and, as it’s looking like there will be no more children I could name Eva, and because the sleek design reminds me of Eva from Wall-E, I’m going with that. Hi Eva!
EDIT: Whoops. I gave my nook the wrong name. As I read for about 4 hours this morning it became increasingly apparent that my nook is male. No, he’s not particularly difficult, on the contrary, he’s very nice. I am totally smitten. So I have changed his name to Jack, short for Jackson. I’ve always wanted to name a boy Jack, it’s a family name, and this is the closest I will get! Plus is has fairy tale connotations, which I also love. So Jack it is!
Edit again: Just to say, his whole name is Jackson “Jack” Fitzgerald Owens. Top marks to whomever can figure out where Owens comes from!

Jack's a good name! I wanted to name our youngest boy Jackson, but hubby refused, insisting that people would call him "Action Jackson." Anyway, our dog is named Jack so I sort of got my wish.
