I am giving totally UNSOLICITED advice… but, maybe you'd like it. On Random.Org, you enter List Randomizer. In the "box," you can enter your names directly on the screen as a list:
Joan
Jane
Jill
Then, you hit "Randomize" button. It will automatically shuffle and number them for you. Then, you can just highlight the results with your mouse, right click, and hit "copy". Then, go to your post and click "paste." Boom! You've copied full size results including the timestamp.
I used to do it like you on Excel and Random.Org, but once I found this I liked it MUCH MUCH better.
