Readathon 2012 – Final Update

And so, the end.

So? How was your Read-A-Thon? Mine was pretty good!

End of event meme;

Which hour was most daunting for you?

Round about midnight, the youngest padded in and wanted to be held. And so, I finally put my head down.
Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year?
Graphic Novels are a Read-A-Thoner’s best friend.
Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?

You ask this every year and the answer is still no! :D Maybe new end of event questions?? ;)

What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?

It always works well.

How many books did you read?

3.75

What were the names of the books you read?

Graceling by Kristin Cashore
Fables: Legends in Exile by Bill Willingham
Fable: Animal Farm by Bill Willingham
Lips Touch, Three Times by Laini Taylor

Which book did you enjoy most?

All were great. All were rereads except Lips Touch and it was great to revisit favorite characters, and meet a few new ones.

Which did you enjoy least?

None.

If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders?

I somehow did not sign up, even though I meant to. I’m actually glad I didn’t cheer this time, as it gave me more time to read.

How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time?

I’ll be here every time I can manage it and I will probably be a reader.

Now, off to finish Lips Touch, Three Times. What a great book! I have no idea why I waited so long to read it!
